The brief covers how to film — framing, pacing, sound, safe areas — not what to say. The delivery stays yours.

A minute or two buys a full brief — timed scenes, transitions, sound direction, ending options, editor notes, safe-area framing. Faster output skips the parts that make a brief shoot-ready.

In every brief, on every plan

What a brief contains is the same on every plan. The tiers change how many you get and how you can send them out — never the work itself.

Hook options

Several openings for the same idea, so you pick rather than settle.

Shot list with timings

Every shot, in order, with how long it holds.

The spoken script

Word for word, timed to the shots above it.

Sound direction

What plays underneath, and where it turns.

Ending

How the video closes, and what that adds.

Before you pick

Do you make the video?

No, and that is deliberate. CubCuts returns a plan — the openings, the shots, the script, the sound and the ending. You shoot it, or your editor does. Nothing here renders footage.

How long does a brief take?

A minute or two. It writes as it goes, so you read it as it arrives.

What happens when I use up my briefs?

On a paid plan the count refills once 30 days have passed since your current period began — a rolling window from your own start date, not the first of the calendar month. Unused briefs do not roll over, and nothing you have already made is affected. Free Trial is 3 briefs in total for the life of the account, so it never refills.

Which plans can export a PDF?

Pro exports a PDF — the version you send a client. Markdown export is on every plan, including the trial, because that is how a brief reaches a document, a message or a call sheet.

If I move to a smaller plan, do I lose old briefs?

No. Moving down changes how many new briefs you can make and nothing else — every brief is kept forever on every plan, so your whole list stays visible whichever one you are on.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, without writing to anyone. Your briefs stay in your account after you do.
